Safe, Natural Fruit & Vegetable Wash
How safe is the food you eat? Can you even answer this question?
Do you wash your fruits and vegetables before eating them? It’s a good idea! Even if you grow your own fruits and vegetables and you know you didn’t use any sprays or chemicals on them, it’s still a good idea to rinse them off before you eat them. It’s especially important to wash your fruits and veggies if you buy them from a store and even if you get them from a framer’s market. You can’t control how other people grow their produce, but you can clean off as much chemical residue and wax as possible when you get home.
What do you use to wash your fruits and vegetables? Do you just rinse them off with plain water, or do you use a vegetable wash that you purchase somewhere? I use a product that I purchase. There are several options out there, how do you know which ones are safe and which ones are putting more chemicals on your food? I’ve done quite a bit of research, and here is the one that I trust to be All Natural, Safe, Inexpensive and Easy To Use. Most of the other products have some sort of chemical added to them or they are much more expensive.
